We are now taking reservations for the 2012 season. Our policy is to offer first option to the previous season's guests. Watch for our off-season packages and specials! Weekly rates are for Saturday to Saturday, and may not be combined with daily rates. Book early to save your preferred dates.
2012 Rates:
(does not include Maine short-term rental tax)
Early Season: $1950/week or $425/day with 2 day minimum
High Season: $3950/week or $625/day with 2 day minimum
Late Season: $2450/week or $425/day with 2 day minimum
Pet Fee: $50/week

REQUESTED DATES OF STAY (please include all dates of interest if your plans are flexible)
We require a deposit of ½ of rental fee with your reservation to hold your dates. The balance is due at least 2 weeks before your arrival with a separate check required for the $500 damage and housekeeping deposit. Maine short term rental sales tax (currently 7%) is additional.
The registration form and rental agreement will be sent upon request. A confirmation letter, rental agreement, and a map and otehr information will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
For weekly rental we rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in time for all reservations is 4 PM. Check out time is before 10 AM.
Reservations are honored on a first-deposit, first-reserve basis, with previous year’s guests given first option. We do not guarantee to have your preferred dates available. E-mail first to see if the dates you want are available, we will hold your dates for 3-5 days while awaiting your deposit.
